We have heard that Air Brake Courses in Victoria and Nanaimo are fully booked until the end of April 2024 so West Coast Driver Training will be offering an Air Brakes Course in Ladysmith on:

  • 16-17 March 2024, 9 am to 5 pm, at the St. John’s Masonic Lodge Hall,  26 Gatacre Street, Ladysmith, B.C. Cost is $225.00 + GST = $236.25 / person.

  • Come to the side door of the building. Bring a pen to take notes. A Course Manual will be provided. Bring a lunch if you wish. There will be a one hour lunch break in case you need to drive somewhere to get lunch.

West Coast Driver Training Is Acquiring A 2016 Mack For Teaching Class 3 Automatic

West Coast Driver Training is in the process of acquiring a 2016 Mack equipped with an automatic transmission which we will use for teaching Class 3 automatic.

We hope to have our new Mack available for Class 3 training in January 2024.

The 8-9 July 2023 Air Brakes Course Venue Has Been Changed To 163 Canada Avenue

The venue for the 8’9 July 2023 Air Brakes Course has been changed from H.W. Wallace on Polkey Road to the Duncan Masonic Temple, 163 Canada Avenue.

H.W. Wallace needed its facilities for a funeral so we moved the Air Brakes Course venue from H.W. Wallace to the Duncan Masonic Temple at 163 Canada Avenue in downtown Duncan.
